Ellen Bond and Aeryn Bond

Aeryn was a talented 16 year old budding actor and author. She was passionate about her writing and was able to express the deep pain of depression, not just through her diaries, but through her beautiful, haunting poetry. She is forever missed by all who loved her. Ellen is a mother to four children - Aeryn, a stillborn son, Alfie, and her two rainbow babies. She has a passionate desire to make sure that her daughter's voice, which wasn't heard enough during her life, will be heard now - and hopes that sharing the deepest thoughts of a teenager during her darkest times will help others to understand depression better. She hopes her own words may make other parents feel less alone.
