The Troubador Hub
The Troubador Hub is a custom-built system we created from scratch with our authors’ experience in mind. All Troubador authors get access to the hub free of charge and can enjoy its benefits for as long as they are working with us.
Royalty reporting
Authors can access their royalty information, including stock levels in our warehouse, retailer sales and quarterly royalty statements, from their Hub profile.
Contact with the Troubador team
At every stage of the publishing process, the author will work with different members of the Troubador team, whose details can be accessed from the Hub at any time.
Author resources
We have created a wealth of articles, FAQs and information on publishing services in the hub for authors to browse at their leisure.
Exclusive offers
Our authors receive periodic access to exclusive offers from us. From discounts in our online bookshop to money off our supplementary services, there are offers for every author.

Transparent royalty process
Our quarterly royalty process is transparent and straightforward, with authors able to access the latest sales information for their books directly through the Troubador Hub.
Author bookshop profiles
All authors that have their books available in our bookshop, will have a full customisable author profile featuring all their books that they can use as their mini-website.
Rights retention
Authors who publish with Troubador keep 100% of the rights to their work. Once the initial 2-year contract is up, authors can choose whether they would like to renew with Troubador or not.
Post-Publication Support
Troubador Hub access
For the duration that an author is working with Troubador, you will have access to your Troubador Hub profile to allow you to check royalties, chat with the team or browse the various resources available.
Constant customer support
The publishing process does not stop with the publication of your book. It has only just begun. For the duration of an author’s contract with us, we are available to talk to you at any time.
Transparent end of contract process
Authors have full control over what they would like to do at the end of their contract. We get in touch with authors 1 month before their contract ends and talk them through all their options in detail.
