It's Christmas Day!
Rose, the youngest of three, is the last one to open her present. She sees her older brother, James, unwrap a noisy, fast racing car which looks super fun, and her older sister, Mary, finds out she has a lovely doll that walks and talks! Excited, Rose unwraps her present to find a sweet-looking teddy bear. Sweet, but he doesn't walk or talk or race or make noises or anything!
But as the day moves on, Rose comes to realise that her teddy bear may actually be the best present of them all...
