Here's what readers have to say about this book....
A fascinating look into the lives of others serving their country, and hoe they were so willing to sacrifice so much. It also looks in to how attitudes have changed over the intervening years. I got a real feel for the charachers who were believable, and thoroughly enjoyed the story ??
I couldn't put it down, finished it in one sitting. It really captured my mind
Dear Troubador, The novel 'Etive' is an exceptionally good book, well written and with a remarkable attention to detail; it will have instant appeal to anyone with an interest in the Special Operations Executive (SOE). Set in the Highlands of Scotland and occupied France in WWII, Ron Morgan has prepared an intriguing and very plausible plot. He has managed to incorporate actual SOE agents into the novel such that he blurs areas where fact becomes fiction. If you emphasise the SOE aspects of the book, it will most certainly sell!
A great book I really enjoyed reading in the quickest time. A reminder of how brave people are when needed to be, how easy it is to forget when caught up with our own lives.
